Our little Dark eyed beauty is so tiny and so moody, she just seems so sad all the time. Some days she's just lost in her own little world, others she is our bright and happy little 10 yr old. We never know who she will be when she wakes up. You met her brother and his lady a couple of days ago. She loves her Bubba that is for sure, he can make her smile when no one else can.
I managed to get this 1/2 smile from her yesterday when they came down to visit...

It turned warm and then started to rain today, it was a quite raining Sat. night in MS when a visitor appeared at my window, can you see him, he stops by alot either he or one of his siblings.
I just love the color of these little guys. I didn't need to touch him up at all his colors are perfect...

7 yrs and counting....wedding planned in 2 yrs,  she finishes Nursing School this Spring and he finishes pre-recs and start Pharmacy School in the Fall...they have been a couple since they were 14....and still love each other dearly, but they were best friends to start with... he laughingly says she fell for him because he was the only 14 yr old taller than her, he's 6'2" and she's 5'11 1/2" lol...

Update

As most of my blogger friends know I have been under the weather lately.  I had a bout of Bronchitis in Dec with staph in my eye, pushed myself to get well for the Holidays, then the first of this year I took, the crud or so I thought, turns out I had Pneumonia and as much as I've tried to push and keep going I'm afraid it has put me down, after the outing with my girls last Monday it turned even worse. Since last Thurs. I have been back to Dr 5 times and had 5 very large shots, many scoldings and threats of Hospitalization. Tues we changed Drs in same Clinic, just different Dr and he changed everything the other Dr was doing. He has really got me feeling better, he started me on breathing treatments and as he called it a "kick butt" antibiotics just for pneumonia, Tuesday I was so very sick, but he let me beg off from going to hospital and do my treatments at home. We have the machine at home because of DH's asthma. When I returned today he was very please, he said he just knew when I left there Tues he would be putting me in the Hospital when I returned today and taping my lungs to get the fluid off, but today, though not well by along shot I am better and the air was moving through my lungs. I still have to stay in bed for another week at least, we will know more when I return, once again to see him Tues.
I will continue to try to post a picture a day, and will try to visit your blogs as soon as I can.
But dear Friends I am now very tired and going to go take my breathing treatment and head to bed. Will try to visit around some tomorrow. Please keep me in your prayers, I am so very tired but know God will get me through this, I just have to have faith and keep pushing on.

I took some shots last week, before I got sick of my Granddaughters at the Hazelhurst, MS Court House, They loved the Statue of the Confederate Soldier, my Rissa made the remark that he was there to protect them and this image came to mind...I played around with Photo Shop Elements, not exactly what I wanted but close enough....

another version, not sure which one I like best...what is your opinion?

365 Day 10

Our "BIG" ice storm, don't get me wrong, I thank God this is all we got, but why the hype for just a few drops of ice. They cry wolf enough and when the real thing comes along folks won't pay attention.

365* day 9

Your assignment, if you choose to play along it is to capture an image using: (your camera) Upside Down
Take a picture Upside Down. I thought for this first one we could kick it off with something fun! Either actually holding the camera upside down (WEAR YOUR STRAP!!!!) or you being upside down to take the shot. Have fun and be creative!  Can't wait to see what you come up with!

OK not as easy to do as it sounds Had to get use to everything being on opposite side of camera was bad enough, but when loading picture to puter kept wanting to rotate it upright....lol,

since I'm still confined to my bed I took a shot of my dresser, this is in my guest bedroom, since I have been banished from my bed for coughing too much...lol..jk, I knew poor hubby wasn't getting any rest so I moved until the croup and pneumonia goes away.

I thought it looked a little blah so I added a few techniques....one thing about being sick, I got plenty of times to play at learning different stuff..that is when I can stay awake..

PS, at my age and size upside down camera was the better choice...than standing on my head...Bwahahahaha

Couldn't help but laugh and grab my camera when I saw this...remember yesterday Levi wanted ChiChi's food from inside and today, the Titmouse was stealing his food off the patio..Sally go round in circles.... came to mind or the grass is always greener...

not a very good shot but I had to grab camera and run, these little fellers move fast and Levi was closing in on him...

Day 7

Well I finally had to go to the Dr today, yep...it's Pneumonia and a bad case of it, if I don't do what he says next stop Hospital SOOOOO, I'm a staying my butt in bed and taking my meds.

I did catch this picture of my Levi man this morning when I got up to go to Dr. Just as it came from camera..

I heard my Mom was sick so I decided to help her wash windows, did I do a good job?

ok, ok so I saw ChiChi's food (see reflection in glass) and was trying to get it through the window...but helping sounded so much better..

LOL....He's such a bad baby, but who wouldn't fall for those big eyes...

Day 4 future Violinist

Day 4, Baby girl is real shy when she plays her Violin, she hides in the bed room to practice, I captured this shot this morning.  I thought she was still asleep...untill I heard her and slipped in with the camera...I have to take her home to Richland this evening since school starts back tomorrow.
